| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling Damaged Goods/Shortages - We strongly suggest that all orders be inspected and counted before they are accepted. Any damages or shortages should be documented on the freight bill. In accordance with ICC regulations, the co-signee is responsible for filing claims with the freight carrier. Contact the carrier immediately to file a claim and schedule an inspection. Please remember to keep the original packaging. We also recommend that you photograph the damaged goods whenever possible. |

| Guarantee - Summit International flooring provides a basic warranty against defects on all flooring products featured in our online store for a period of one year from order date. Your flooring must be properly maintained for this warranty to apply. In addition the flooring must have been used for its intended purpose. This warranty does NOT cover cuts, burns, shedding, pilling, staining, soiling, matting of fiber, fading or flattening of the pattern, or fiber loss due to abnormal use or application. This warranty also does not cover nosing or seaming. The obligation under this warranty is limited to the original user and to the replacement, repair or pro-rated refund of said product. Materials must be returned freight prepaid when requested for inspection to obtain this warranty. Freight charge will be credited when goods are deemed warrantable. Any labor costs of removing and/or reinstalling replacement materials and associated freight costs are not included in this warranty. Summit International Flooring reserves the right to determine final warranty coverage on all products it represents. |

| Returns Policy - All returned goods will be assessed a 30% restocking charge and freight must be pre-paid by the customer. Returns can be made up to 30 days after the original ship date. Please contact Summit International Flooring via phone or email to receive authorization. Items returned without authorization or by collect freight will be refused. Some specialty items may be deemed "unreturnable" at Summit's discretion. Order Cancellations- Cancellations of orders must be made in writing and sent via fax within 24 hours of order placement. Cancellations after 24 hours will not be accepted. Any items that are returned after shipping are subject to a 30% restocking charge. The customer must pre-pay freight charges. |
